Townlee ("we", "our", or "the app") is a property marketplace app that helps users list, browse, and inquire about real estate. This page explains what information we collect and how it's used.

Information We Collect

• Phone number — used to create and sign in to your account via one-time password (OTP) verification.
• Profile information — such as your name, which you provide when setting up your account.
• Listing content — property details and photos you upload when posting a listing.
• Location — with your permission, used to help you search for listings near you and to set the location of a listing you post. Location is not collected if you don't grant permission.
• Messages — chat messages you send to other users through the app's inbox, to enable that feature.

How We Use Information

• To operate core features: authentication, browsing and posting listings, search filtering, and in-app chat.
• To communicate with you about your account or listings.

We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Your listing content (including photos and general location) is visible to other users of the app, since that's the purpose of a listing. Your phone number and private messages are not shared publicly.

Data Retention

We retain account and listing data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us below.

Your Choices

• You can deny or revoke location permission at any time in your device settings; core browsing and posting features will still work without it.
• You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.

Children's Privacy

Townlee is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
